All payments are due prior to service being scheduled. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the cleaning service will not be scheduled.


Our service includes curbside cleaning of your residential trash cans. We will clean the inside and outside of your trash cans and deodorize them. We will also take the gray water with us as to not leave it on the street in front of your home.

Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds on services already completed.


If a service is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, a full refund will be granted however, if cancellation is requested the day of service or after our truck has been to the job site, a cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Revisit Fee

If we arrive to your home on the scheduled day and your trash cans are not accessible to us (curbside or in front of the gate), we will reschedule your cleaning and a revisit charge of $10 will be applied to your payment method.


Any complaints about our service can be sent to or call 602-228-6108. We will assess the situation and attempt to make it right.


We will not accept responsibility for damaged trash cans. Those issues need to be taken to the city which provides the trash cans. Our service is merely to clean the trash cans.

We offer tiered services for customers depending on their needs and/or how often they would like to have their trash cans cleaned. If you sign up for a recurring Monthly or Quarterly service to pay the lower price and cancel after the first cleaning, you will be charged the difference for a One-time cleaning.
